About Me.

I am the Founder and Owner of Stolen Children by CPS Publishing, LLC, an independent publishing company established to publish and manage my books. As an author, publisher, and advocate, my work focuses on child welfare reform, family preservation, disability rights, government accountability, due process protections, and the personal experiences and research presented throughout my publications.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Gallaudet University. My academic background provided a strong foundation in public policy, government administration, organizational leadership, and policy analysis. Through both education and lived experience, I have developed a deep interest in improving public systems, strengthening accountability, and promoting equitable access to services for all individuals.
 

As a Deaf father, author, and advocate, I have dedicated my work to raising awareness about issues affecting families involved in child welfare systems. Through writing, publishing, public speaking, and community engagement, I strive to encourage informed discussion, transparency, and meaningful reform.
 

Through Stolen Children by CPS Publishing, LLC, I am committed to supporting authors whose stories contribute to public understanding, advocacy, education, and social change.
